Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Zeya Dsgn, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
1: Register your return
Send an email to contact@zeyadsgn.com. Please clearly include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
2: Pack the item carefully
- The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
- Ensure the product is packed in a sturdy box including all accessories.
- Whenever possible, please use the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3: Drop off at a PostNL point
After your request is processed, you will receive a return label via email. This label is linked to your account, allowing us to closely monitor your order and the return status.
- Print the return label.
- Attach it firmly to the box.
- Drop the package off at a PostNL point near you.
Important Information
Proof of Postage: Please ensure you keep your shipping receipt. The responsibility for the return shipment remains yours until it reaches our facility.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

National Delivery within The Netherlands
When you place an order with us, you can expect your package to be delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 working days. Our partnership with PostNL allows us to utilize their extensive network and logistics expertise, enabling swift and secure delivery of your items across the country. You can track the progress of your shipment through the provided tracking number, ensuring complete transparency throughout the delivery process.
International Delivery
We understand that our customers come from all corners of the globe, and we’re committed to reaching you, wherever you are. With our international delivery service, your packages will be shipped using PostNL’s reliable international shipping network. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 8-10 working days from the date of shipment.
National & International Returns
For national and international customers, please note that there will be costs associated with returns. You can return the item within 14 days. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the instructions provided with your order to initiate the return process. To receive a return label, you can email : contact@zeyadsgn.com Affix the return label to the package, and you can then drop off the package at any PostNL location or arrange for a pickup through their online platform.
Please note that discounted items are non-refundable and could only be exchanged.
