National Delivery within The Netherlands
When you place an order with us, you can expect your package to be delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 working days. Our partnership with PostNL allows us to utilize their extensive network and logistics expertise, enabling swift and secure delivery of your items across the country. You can track the progress of your shipment through the provided tracking number, ensuring complete transparency throughout the delivery process.
International Delivery
We understand that our customers come from all corners of the globe, and we’re committed to reaching you, wherever you are. With our international delivery service, your packages will be shipped using PostNL’s reliable international shipping network. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 8-10 working days from the date of shipment.
National & International Returns
For national and international customers, please note that there will be costs associated with returns. Inside your package, you’ll find a return label that you can use to send back the item within 14 days. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the instructions provided with your order to initiate the return process and affix the return label to the package. You can then drop off the package at any PostNL location or arrange for a pickup through their online platform.
